If I don't answer and I don't know your number, I'm going to assume it was spam and probably won't call you back. Please leave a message or drop a text so i can be sure to get back to you.

I use high-quality hair products from boutique hair care lines such as Oya, Innoluxe, and Trissola. I also offer professional products for sale in the salon.

Life happens and sometimes it gets the best of us, please text me, and let me know if you can't make it and we'll figure it out. If canceling becomes an issue, please understand that I will require a 50% fee to rebook your next appointment.

Please give me a heads up if you are going to be more than 5ish minutes late. You'd be amazed at all the things I can do in 5 minutes. 

If you're running more than 15 minutes behind, we may have to skip a cut or blow-dry.

To prepare for your appointment, you should wash your hair within 48  of your visit. Avoid using any styling products that may interfere with the service like gel, strong hairsprays or root touch up spray. 

Also be sure to have a general idea of the look you'd like to achieve and any pictures you find online for inspiration. Honestly, the more pics the better! And if you're a first-time client be sure to fill out my online intake form here.

I will give you recommendations for products that can help maintain the health of your hair as well as the longevity of your hair color so you can be confident your hair will look good as long as possible.

For short hair it is recommended to get a haircut every 4-5 weeks to maintain your style and for long hair every 8-10 weeks to maintain healthy hair and prevent split ends.

Balayage is a technique used to paint color into the hair. 

These days though, balayage more refers to a look as opposed to the actual technique. There are many different ways to create this look which is why I prefer to have an in-person or phone consultation before booking a balayage for a new client.

I want you to relax so please dress comfy. Please try not to wear anything with a collar or hood to both ensure your clothes stay stain free but also as to not impact the haircut.

I prefer you come alone as we are in a small space, and it can get loud and crowded pretty quickly. That being said sometimes you have no choice but to bring your kiddo so please make sure you've got earbuds or headphones for a tablet, or it's kept on a low volume and that they're old enough to sit on their own as there isn't always a space next to my station for them to sit near you.
